Sayvant, an innovative clinical documentation AI solution for acute care clinicians, is seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to lead UX development and deployment. In this role, you will drive user experience excellence, optimize front end performance, and ensure the maintainability of our solution, meeting the demanding needs of acute care clinicinas.

Your Responsibilities

‍

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Sayvant’s responsive and dynamic user interfaces, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance front end solutions using modern frameworks (e.g., React).
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back end engineers to define and deliver innovative front end features and enhancements.
  • Optimize user interfaces for speed, accessibility, and maintainability, implementing industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex front end issues, ensuring consistent system performance and stability.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on front end development. Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable, enterprise-level user interfaces. Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Skills
    • Strong expertise in modern front end frameworks and libraries such as React
    • Proficiency in core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and responsive design principles.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based services and integrating front end applications with RESTful APIs and microservices (Azure experience a plus)
    • Deep understanding of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
    • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
    • Additional nice to have: Mobile development experience (Flutter, Swift, Kotlin), familiarity with AI-first product development (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf)
