Sayvant Launches Real-Time RCM and CDI Integration for Enhanced Acute Care Charge Capture and Documentation Quality
Acute care clinicians gain access to personalized recommendations driven by trusted RCM and CDI partners at the point of care

July 7th, 2025
Sayvant today announced integration capabilities for acute care revenue cycle management (RCM) and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) solutions. RCM and CDI partners can now embed their proprietary coding and quality improvement logic in Sayvant, enabling acute care clinicians to receive real-time guidance while the encounter is still open, instead of hours or days after the chart is signed.
“Physicians shouldn’t learn about a missing modifier three days after the patient has been discharged,” said Justin Mardjuki, CEO of Sayvant. “By surfacing personalized recommendations driven by trusted RCM and CDI partners at the point of care, we’re turning chart quality into a proactive step instead of a forensic exercise.”
Key Differentiators
- True real‑time guidance – Suggestions are surfaced prior to disposition, ensuring robust detail capture and reducing downstream queries and overhead.
- Partner‑specified personalization – Charge capture and quality measure rules are defined and approved by groups’ existing RCM/CDI partners, reflecting local system and payer guidelines.
- Real financial impact – Partner groups have seen an average of 3%+ improvement in appropriate charge capture with commensurate reductions in CDI queries and downstream denials, demonstrating the efficacy of AI‑enhanced acute care documentation.
Proven Real World Impact: Sayvant and Vituity RCM
Sayvant has successfully integrated with Vituity RCM, one of the largest acute care revenue cycle operations in the country managing coding and billing for over 10 million encounters per year. The partnership has since expanded to include over 100 sites of care.
“Reducing documentation burden allows Vituity clinicians to focus on what they went into healthcare to do, to take great care of patients, and helps us at Vituity advance our just cause of improving as many lives as humanly possibly”, said Rick Newell MD, MPH Chief Transformation Officer of Vituity, the largest physician owned, democratic acute care partnership in the country. “Sayvant allows us to compress the feedback cycle between Vituity clinicians and RCM operations, driving seamless adherence to RCM guidance with immediate results.”
Availability
The integrated solution is live today for launch‑partner RCM and CDI organizations and will be generally available to additional firms in Q4 2025. Interested revenue‑cycle leaders can request a demonstration at hello@sayvant.com.
